Impressive. I must repeat:
I consider you one of the foremost experts on the subject.

Thanks for your work and your contributions.

Why was the Murrah Building chosen. What was stored there? If this was an ME job ,what was the symbolism they connected to this site? Any ideas ?

Here are some legends for the "bullets" in the photo (from the OKBIC Report) that I posted in comment #180:

  1. Bottom of the crater -- (not yet excavated to recover evidence)
  2. Tracks left by tread of the Caterpillar excavator -- which had been pulled into the crater to cut the fallen
transfer beam midway between (columns) G24[A3] and G20[A5]
  3. The single remaining vestige of the "lip" of the crater -- easternmost edge of the crater
  4. Wheelbarow ramp with complex cribbing supports (upper end rested on fallen transfer beam east of G24[A3]).
  5. Worker standing between the crater and the G[A] column line (the north face of the building)
  6. Red soil thrown out atop the pavement to create the "berm" seen around the crater in the photo of the "flooded crater" above.
  7. Workers standing on scorched but still in-place pavement.
  8. Marker showing where yellow mums were placed (shown in photo of plywood-covered crater)
  9. Part of blue tarp used to 'cover' the crater in early photos

As I stated in the "Disclaimer" to my section of the OKBIC Report, I concentrate on the questions of "What happened?" and "How?". Others (like Jayna Davis, the rest of OKBIC, et al) are far better equipped to address questions of "Who? and "Why?".

OKBIC Report: Photo evidence of contact charge damage

Based on your research, was a single truck bomb responsible for the damage to the Murrah Building?

Based on your research, was a single truck bomb responsible for the damage to the Murrah Building?

There are too many outstanding things I can't explain (and no one else has been able to explain away to my satisfaction) for me to answer that with an unequivocal "yes". For example, did you check out my comments and graphics on the other thread as I suggested in comment #176 on this thread?

I'm trying to get all those images I posted before (and lots never before posted) up into FTP space where they can be displayed here, but it is going slowly. ...especially since I keep stopping to answer questions like this one... '-}

My suggestion is that you go ahead and call 405-951-5900 or 1-800-334-5597 during normal OK work hours and order yourself a copy of the OKBIC Report. The (softcover) book (Suggested Retail $34.95) is now available for a discounted price of $29.95. They also have some with shipping-damaged covers for $19.95. (I think I may order a couple as loaners...)

(And, no, I don't get a cent from sales of the report. As I said above, I will buy any copies I get...)

Right now, the government is still sitting on (or has destroyed) too much evidence for me to give you an absolute answer to your question. Fair enough?

The more facts I have time to post, the better you'll understand...

Also to Jayna Davis:

Release copies of the prior warning documents.

Release documentation of the falsified FBI 302's

To the FBI:

Release those surveillance camera tapes!!!

In my opinion, the government will never release copies of the video surveillance tapes showing John Doe 2 in the Ryder truck or the explosion of the Murrah Building. If they did so, the FBI would be providing proof of their own criminal conspiracy to coverup for participants in mass murder, which, by the way, is a crime punishable with prison time. I understand the FBI's motivation for not releasing the videotapes.

However, I am at a complete loss to understand the motivation for Jayna's refusal to release a copy of the Herb Johnson letter, copies of the prior warning documents, and the documentation showing falsified FBI 302's.

Can anyone explain her refusal to release copies of the documents to the public?

I understand she shows the documents to journalists and to Senators and DAs. But after seven years, isn't it time to release the documents to the public?

---------------

Gentlemen and fellow FReepers,

Lest you think I dismissed your questions cavalierly or lightly, please go back and read through this old thread (in which honway participated, BTW).

OKBIC Report (Structural Analysis): Foreword and Disclaimer

The search for the truth and that "single answer" is still ongoing; and the evidence we need is still being withheld by those we pay to serve (not rule) the American people!

Stephen Jones brought this quotation to our attention -- and I adopted it as a theme for my section of the Report:

"People in an open society do not demand infallibility from their institutions,
but it is difficult for them to accept what they are prohibited from observing."
U.S. Supreme Court Justice Warren Burger

That says it pretty well; and this excerpt from what I wrote in that earlier post is still 100% true:

A specific goal was to arrive at a single explanation for the collapse -- consistent with all the available evidence.

Back to the chase...

Can anyone explain her [Jayna Davis'] refusal to release copies of the documents to the public?

The only person who can answer that, I expect, is Jayna Davis, herself. You can reach her through e-mail via her website by clicking on this link: jayna@jaynadavis.com

(FWIW, although Jayna doesn't participate in FR, I understand that she keeps abreast of what is posted here about her. Some of what has been posted lately has sounded accusatory or, at least demanding. I doubt she'd respond favorably to such a tone in an e-mail -- would you?)

If you get a response from Jayna, please share with the rest of us.

Maybe I used the wrong tone, since I received no response.

If you or anyone else thinks it might be helpful for Jayna to release a copy of the September 1998 Herb Johnson letter describing the directive received by the FBI Oklahoma City Bombing Task force to ignore the Middle Eastern participants in the bombing then you might try emailing her with the request.

You might include a request to release a copy of the prior warning documents and the documentation on the falsified FBI 302's if you like me agree " it is difficult for them to accept what they are prohibited from observing."
