I also like the theory that the EU should have only one representative in the UN, else the US should have fifty.

But of course.....but seriously, as the EU attempts to develope a self-defense capability, belonging to NATO and the EU at the same time will be like belonging to NATO and the Warsaw pact simultaneously.........

Living, working, and paying taxes in Germany for four years now....I can say that these idiots really have a major problem and it cannot improve. Tax cuts are simply not existent. They cannot decrease funding for any of the milk cows...like universities (free school for all), job training (where you hide long-term unemployed so they don't count), and public transportation (it can't pay for itself, you pay the $3 gas tax to help the system). No one trusts the retirement system....long term survival is zero...without decreasing payments by 30 percent, it simply cannot make it more than 20 more years. Everyone is already preparing for that 30 percent cut on retirement.
I will admit it is the most beautiful country on the face of the earth....but between the people and the government...I will not stay here long-term. They can have the place and enjoy it.
