Bad title it should read that they were warned of a nut case a year ago. Go to any inner-city shelter and you will find 3 or 4 guys that you would wonder about.

If it was a gay thing, I'm a little surprised we haven't heard any of the Washington state neighbors or friends mention it. And it still wouldn't explain why they would shack up with a bunch of homeless people when they apparently could've afforded much better digs. But you're right - the relationship between the two was beyond strange: ("Here kid, have your honey and crackers.")

Now let's see, could this be the same FBI which led the raids on Waco and Ruby Ridge, or are we talking about the same FBI which took 10 years and a dozen or so ignored walk-in witnesses to catch the Walker Family Spy Ring, or is this the FBI whose gone-wrong sting resulted in the first WTC Bombing? Or the same FBI that squelched a true investigation of Flight 800, 500, or the OKC Bombing?

It also might be the FBI that the KGB led around by the nose for 30 years with fake defectors, or the FBI which cuts "informants" checks and licenses to kill. If Danny Pearl had not been slaughtered by the Paki home office of al Fuqra, this story would broken earlier. Maybe the people in DC would not have been slaughtered by this POS Black Muslim of the Nation of Islam.
