I'm not sure, but I think Dr. Cyril Wecht was the author of the MB Theory, although Specter backed it.
Yeah besides his bizarre Not Proven vote on Clinton's impeachment, his opposition to Robert Bork's Supreme Court nomination. In his book The Tempting of America Bork recounted his discussions with Specter on the issue of pornography and the first amendment. Specter was objecting to Bork on the grounds that allegedly he took the position that pornography laws weren't subject to judicial review, i.e., the courts cannot review a pornography law to determine whether it's constitional. Bork repeatedly attempted to explain to Specter that that wasn't what he was saying, but Specter couldn't or wouldn't understand that.
Oh, yeah, forgot about that.
You've convinced me...Specter would need to out about 4 OKC's before HE'S even.
Maybe he's living in the present. Should he reopen the Kennedy assassination?
Boston FBI includes activity during this administration as does the BIA backdating scandal. That should be present enough for many.
Interesting. I have more confidence something could come from Burton's efforts. I'd love to be proven wrong about Magic Bullet though. I really would.
I don't know what the Justice department should and shouldn't do. There are 280,000,000 million people in this country and I don't know if the Justice Dept should oversee the all the cases of crimes committed by these 280,000,000 people.
