As Rush said earlier today on the radio, "Security IS the economy".
And we know, based upon the DemocRAT campaign strategists (Carville, McAuliffe, et.al. memos, along with House minority leader, little Dick Gephardt's own remarks) the DemocRATS want the economy and the stock market to look as bad as possible because they think it will help them get votes on November 5th.
"The Senate under Daschle has held up everything from plans to increase energy, to judicial appointments, and plans for economic stimulus, including tax cuts. The only thing that has been proposed is a new $200 billion welfare program, hardly a catalyst for long-term economic growth. The Senate has kept economic issues in gridlock so it has been politics as usual. There is nothing that has come out of Congress to improve the economic landscape. He forgot to mention the Homeland Security Bill that just died in the Senate -- which, as Rush said, "IS the economy"
This means that AS USUAL the fifth column (today's DemocRATS) are obsessed more with their own POWER than America's security (economic good).
As Rush said, "If anyone doesn't think security _IS_ the economy, just go to 'sniperville' and see how many people are out shopping at Home Depot or pumping gas."
How many more innocent men, women, and children will have to die before the reckless, incompetent, cynical opportunists and their useful idiots (DemocRATS) are thrown out of positions of power in America??
There is only one party that has a reputation for being tough on crime and wanting a strong national defense so as to make America secure. Since everyone already knows which party that is, I don't even have to mention it, do I.
Therefore, those who don't vote for members of that party can be blamed for deliberately putting America in extreme danger.
Notice in the link below the number of terrorist cells (that they *know about*) that are operating in the area where the sniper attacks just took place:
2 cells in Virginia, 1 in D.C. and 2 in Maryland.

This map seems to indicate that someone in a vehicle or on foot could get from #2(Home Depot) to #1(Dal Al-Hijara mosque on Row Street)very rapidly--especially thru a maze of streets after taking first right down Arlington Blvd going Southeast.
What's the "lay of the land" in that area--if you've ever been thru the neighborhood there?
The killer found out, via media, when someone died or lived, then planned accordingly.
You see where it says "Sleepy Hollow" and "Lee Boulevard Heights"? That road going slightly northeast from those two captions is Patrick Henry Drive. Follow that up to "Arlington Blvd" and you are at the scene.
The school parking lot would be directly under the "g" in "Arlington," and the HD would be directly across the yellow/grey street from that.
Frankly I've lost interest in the Dar al Hira mosque as a factor in this, but if a shooter wanted to get near there from the school parking lot, they'd go back down Patrick Henry to the intersection where about where that "Lee" is, make a left, and drive one minute to Row Street.
I don't think that's what happened, but that's how it might, if it did.
The first reports were that he was hit by two shots, but I think that was later corrected to one.
