What can possibly be learned at Gitmo? These guys have been out of the loop for many monthsI've wondered about that for quite a while now. It's becoming more absurd every time some authority says the Gitmo crowd is being questioned. New plans are being formulated and implemented that those guys don't know anything about.

Political correctness is forcefully bound to foolishness, remaining ignorant of reality is national euthenasia. Pull the blinders from someone and begin the reformation. We do our brothers and sisters no benefit preaching here on this forum. Don't leave anyone you know in deception. Cry out now to every soul in darkness. Yell it from the rooftops!
Agape,
DrMike

For all thats right with America our elite (and they might be right) fear that we are an ethnic conflict tinderbox and lack of coverage of non-PC events are for our own good in their little minds. Think Wichita Massacre as an example, mass murder is always subject to intense coverage yet in this instance nada, zip, zilch because they are afraid that the populace might get frisky and depose their worthless butts.

Couple of problems with the "Ballistics and Bullsh*t" article. Semi auto versions of the AK-74 are not illegal, but are reasonably available. Check the latest Shotgun News. 5.45x39 ammunition is also readily available, over the internet no less. The idea that one could fire 5.56x45 ammo in a 5.45x39 is a "military myth" that won't die. The first round might fire, and "explode" in the chamber, more likely the gun would jam trying to chamber the slightly long 5.56X45 round.

I have flown about 5-6 times since 9/11 and I also ALWAYS get the "special search". It is ridiculous! I have blonde hair, blue eyes, in my 20's, and dress conservatively.
Meanwhile Mohammed and Achmed are left alone. I guess it's more important to spare their feelings rather than keep the plane from exploding.

Who is that guy? He's said to be a former Iraqi intelligence officer, from one of Saddam's Republican Guard units. Used to hang around with a kid from the U.S. First Infantry Division...a guy named *Tim McVeigh*....
Additional info in wall Street Journal writeup *here*.

My amateur mind is not positive that Monday night's sniper was the same killer as the other occasions (even though, like several others, he was within a block of a Michael's Crafts store); the cops say that he may have changed guns (meaning that the ballistics don't match) but previously the killer persisted in using the same gun despite newspaper descriptions of it, apparently deliberately wanting the ballistics to show the killings were all by one person. Monday night might have been a copycat.Oh, no! Not the Michael's Crafts store theory!

"bringing the military into the investigation, in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act, which forbids federal military involvement in domestic law enforcement."What if we're bringing the military into it because we KNOW it's terroists? If war is being waged on our soil, it's absolutely ok to bring in the military.
Excellent point, but something tells me the gubmint would be obliged to identify the killings as such, so as to make it clear that it's not violating the PC (pardon the pun) law, which is essential to the separation of powers and states' rights.

JEWS OFTEN PRAY DURING TAKE-OFFS AND LANDINGS, SOMETIMES DURING THE FLIGHT, AND ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE BLESSINGS BEFORE AND AFTER THEY EAT; EVEN ON AIRLINE FOOD. Especially on airline food!
Love that "black hat," LOL!
