The Library of Congress is not a valid source for roscoe?

Quoteless, naturally.

Actual quotes:

"The Second Amendment declares that it shall not be infringed, but this, as has been seen, means no more than that it shall not be infringed by Congress." -- US Supreme Court, U.S. v. Cruikshank, 92 U.S. 542 (1875), Presser v. State of Illinois, 116 U.S. 252 (1886)

Feel free to correct or deny specifically. - Your usual vague 'sourceless nonsense' style protests have become a joke, roscoe.

Yet another throughly discredited decision by a gungrabbing 'justice'.

Why do you hate guns roscoe? Are you afraid of an armed citizenry?
- Odd stance for a conservative, no?

I just wish he were equally focused on disarming America's madmen, and supporting laws that would make it easier to trace their .223-caliber bullets and their weapons of individual destruction.

Above and beyond any Constitutional issues, the complete compendrium of actual and proposed gun-control laws would not stop this madman.

Frankly, I don't want to hear another word about Iraq right now.

Yeah, Friedman, because your dream of Dem control of the House and Senate is getting creamed by the topic at the moment.

I want to hear that my president and my Congress are taking the real steps needed in this country — starting with sane gun control and sane economic policy — to stop this slide into over here becoming like over there.

Sane. Sensible. Reasonable. The favorite adjectives of the gun-control movement. And about as truthful as a Clinton deposition. If your true desire waw actually to be sane and reasonable, then maybe we could talk. But you ask for an inch only to want a mile later. We know that, you don't fool us. You ask for registration now to make confiscation later a possibility. Guess what, Friedman? Despite decades of public skool education, most Americans are still smart enough to see through your charade.

Pitiful, false, sourceless. As always.

Your assertion that the decisions have ever been discredited are pitiful, false, and sourceless. As always.

You made it up, you can't back it up.

I grade this essay with an "F".

But then, everything Friedman writes deserves an "F"!

That this article was written by a grown man and not a prissy 13 year old girl is surprising.

I had to scroll back to the top to see which whiny titty-baby wrote it. This is a new low, even for Friedman.

"starting with sane gun control"

Hitler would have been proud. A Jewish writer who surrenders to Naziuesque dictates.

Does anyone know what is this idiot, Tom's email address is? I think we should take our collective commments and blast his inbox.

Sounds like fodder for his next column when the lunatic right fills his inbox with mean-spirted, intolerant, anti-social messages. ;-)

Bull.
We were on a thread about a month ago when one of the lawyers here refuted every one of those silly old decisions you posted. You ended up stumbling away posting your silly collection of hackneyed one liners.

And I don't need to 'back it up'. -- WE both know its true, and no one else here cares.
Get it through your head. -- You're some sort of weirdo gungrabber on a conservative site. -- You're a joke.

Your falsehoods grow more imaginative. No link or thread name, of course.

"No link or thread name, of course." - roscoe

We know, we were there.
- No one else cares. Protest as much as you like.

-- You've proved your anti-gun, anti-constitutional stance many times over, in your own words. Anyone can read your last 50 posts or so, and make their own conclusions.
Learn to live with that fact.

Bull.
-- You were there, posting all your old discredited 'states rights' majority rule decisions, and defending them with your ludicrous one liner denials.
Just as you deny it now. - How lame.
- Suit yourself though, and dream on that it makes a difference.
It doesn't change your gungrabbing unconstitutional agenda here at FR .

I want to hear that my president and my Congress are taking the real steps needed in this country — starting with sane gun control...

I'm all for "sane gun control" as prescribed by the Second Amendment of the Constitution as opposed to the "Insane gun control" that we presently have. Repeal all gun laws as they infringe upon our rights as American citizens to keep and bear arms.
