Obviously it's someone who has murdered before or has been trained and conditioned to kill people. My buddy doubts many first-time killers, to say nothing of social outcasts or sickos, would have the nerve to kill with a single shot, then drive to another location within a half-hour, then kill again with another single shot.

I've thought it was terrorists from the very beginning. This is not typical serial killing.

The sniper team needs to know the area, the roads, to get a good shot and get away. The self-discipline and the rapid get-aways both tell me this is a team trained for this purpose. I thought terrorist sniper from the beginning. Then it seemed more likely a team. I can't recall any serial killer who operated this way. Some pairs have killed together but those were sexual attacks.

How do you know this is the only sniper team set up in the US? I think we should expect more terrorist actions with a variety of targets. Once we hit Saddam, they will think we deserve to lose a school, for instance.

The Communists invented terrorism and the Nazis imitated them. The idea is to make people think there is no solution but to capitulate. In reality we have lost very few people to these attacks. But they dominate our thinking and make us think no one is safe. Diabolical.
