police spokeswoman says they strongly believe there's no connection to the sniper shootings. It happened shortly after 10 p-m on Peartree Court. Police say they got reports of a fight that resulted in a fatal shooting. http://www.wmdt.com/wires/displaystory.asp?id=1214523

Who saw the Movie "Enemy at The Gates?"
What do you think of the possibility this nut
was inspired by the cat-and-mouse drama
of the sniper laying in wait for his prey?
They played the movie over and over on
HBO this past month. I believe it is greater
than coincidence that this has begun happening
now.
Also, what are the odds that an organized
freep to find this guy would work? ANYONE?

I heard it at 11:15pm (EST) on WMAL. Wash Post and WMAL web pages don't have it posted.
Sorry that I didn't see this post before posting my own about it...
Living within 3 miles of the bulk of the shootings I'm kind of glad that I'll be out of town all next week...
