"The McBride "Red Truck" tour?"

I think his truck is out of gas.:)

"On Oct. 18, McBride will join former President Clinton in New York City for a luncheon to raise money for the state party."

FV, maybe the Worldcom problem yesterday had something to do with your computer crashing. Here's the link:

The most telling thing in this race is the lack of polls being published.

When was the last time you saw a major political debate without "polls taken after the debate" stories?

I am certain they are being taken, but since they probably show McBride dropping like a rock, we get puff pieces on how hard he is trying...

Sad, really.

Very good point. When you learn more from what they (the media) DON'T say it IS sad.

The poll numbers provided by the press after the debate were taken prior to the event. The numbers must be devastating to the McBride/McAuliffe camp.

The debate was LAST Friday. We're waiting..............

FV's quote "Rick Baker, the Mayor of St. Petersburg, IS A REPUBLICAN!" IMO, McB's support in St. Pete is WEAK and Tampa Bay is waiting for those McB commercials that were going to build momentum for McB. Ho hum. No momentum - no big surprise. McBoring cannot generate enthusiasm gain any momentum. He's going backwards instead.

And, where's that banker-lawyer running mate of his? Probably napping on his money bags. WHAT A TICKET!

ALERT TO ALL VERIZON PHONE CUSTOMERS: Check this month's phone bill carefully for charges you can't account for. This is a public service announcement. If you want to know further, please freepmail me. I do not care to make this public other than to just to be sure and check your Verizon bill.

I have aol so maybe if aol has any wires from Worldcom, maybe that's why I crashed all day long. It's still kinda slow today. It doesn't account for I'm in the wrong part of the country where they were having trouble, the NE and SW. But, Jeb Bush and I are both from another planet, you know. LOL

In the meantime, in Tampa, we've had a beautiful blossoming of red & white JEB! signs. Keep 'em waiting McBride/McAuliffe!

Glad there's more Bush/Brogan yard signs and stickers out there. I think we can do better though. I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO VISIT THEIR COUNTY HEADQUARTERS. TAMPA ALSO HAS A TEMPLE TERRACE OFFICE.

You can pick up yard signs for school board, Jeb, House and Senate races and CHARLIE CRIST FOR AG.

I don't even have a yard but I have yard signs. I'm going to place them at my polling precinct on election day. How far do they have to be from the doors? Do you know, wc?

"I have aol"

Me too. AOL did disconnect a couple of times yesterday, but I was able to sign right back on.

I think it's 50' from polling place, but that's just a guess. Elections office online provides no information.

That article is sick, PKM. No mention of MS. Sink's longtime support of far left causes, Emily's List (pro-abort) candidates and even Cynthia McKinney, or that she was on Gov. Chile's Ed. Commission...always asking for money for the constantly-in-crises Fla. school system of the Chiles era...but AP managed to mention Noelle's drug problems.

McB sighting. He was on Bay News 9 late this afternoon talking one on one with an anchor. IMO, the reason McB stayed home this week is because it looks like he has a sty on his right eye and maybe he was contagious.

If they re-play it later today, check it out because that eye looked puffy, etc.

I'll count off fifty feet from the front door of my precinct (a church) and then put all these signs up on the corner.

EVERYBODY SHOULD PICK UP YARD SIGNS FOR PLACEMENT AT YOUR LOCAL PRECINCT or precincts or FOR YOUR YARDS. If you'd rather make signs, you can go to headquarters and make them. JOIN THE SIGN MAKERS!

In today's St. Petersburg Times, the editors took a strong position in support of Noelle Bush's right to privacy and regarding substance problems as diseases. They basically said "give her a break."

Wouldn't it be nice if this was a signal that they are going to support Governor Bush for the election? Or, this is psy-ops. If I can find this on line, I'll print the url here instead of doing a thread. Too many disruptors would jump on anything about Noelle.

He was on Bay News 9 today and it looked like he had a sty on his right eye and his eyelid was all puffy looking. I could be wrong, I'm no doctor, but who wants to CAMPAIGN IF YOU'RE CONTAGIOUS?

Good thinking. I don't buy the SPTimes, but I didn't see the NB story online. I'll look again.
