However I am opposed to the privization plan foisted on the unsuspecting people of the world by the World Bank. Mr. Gorbechev and his Green Cross International are big players in that scheme of globalization of water supplies, and by selling to selected global corporations, the control is completely taken away from the local population, where it should be.

Well we agree about global fascism. We still disagree about the manner of local control. It is when property owners are compensated for the use of their water collection, storage, and transmission services that the system will start to optimize. Keep politics out of it.
