I got confused because the quote said that McNally couldn't have "action" taken against him in the UK or the US.

My comment relates to what Jesus has said about Himself. I assure you He did not characterize Himself as one of many messengers of God. In fact, He said of Himself that He is Messiah and Very God of Very God. Your argument is with Him.
