I'm truckin' these days, so my reading is a couple of pages before going to sleep.
I'm still mulling over the one-term Bush and Weisskopf presidency.
The plot of book one is absolutely fascinating,

Hope you're haulin'! LOL!
I'll look forward to your thoughts as you get through it.
Volume I sets the stage and has a lot of action ... Vol. II takes all of that and just cranks!
Semper Fi!
To: NorseWood
BUMP back. You're review of Volume II is on
Amazon Thanks again for the kind words. I'm continuing to work on vol III.
Best regards.
To: Jeff Head
Jeff, your scenario in Book II about terrorists setting wildfires, and the fire that is currently threatening many homeowners in Southern California point out how vulnerable we are to acts of terror. We all have to be vigilant.

Initial reports of the bank heist yesterday by the three hispanics where so many were killed and they didn't know if any money was taken had me worried as well.
Turns out it looks like a straight forward bank robbery ... but if it turns out these are the three they deserve the same fate as any terrorist because that is what they were yesterday, whether connected to others or not ... a quick trial, a speedy and direct verdict ... and then execution IMHO.

Jeff,
Finished Vol I last week and just received Vol II from B&N yesterday (also downloaded the ebook version so I would have them on my laptop for travel.) I'm an avid military techno adventure thriller reader. As a current DoD employee (weapons system T&E) I tend to watch the technical details pretty closely. You're right up there with Clancy on technical accuracy in my book. Really great stories. I just hope they don't become TOO accurate.
Eagerly awaiting Vol III.

Jeff, I hope that the authorities check out all their credentials and their contacts thoroughly. Your books are becoming more real every day. It is a wake-up call to us all.

Thank you so much for those kind words. If you are so inclined, please consider a review on Amazon and Barnes & Noble for both books to the effect of what you just said. Publishers are watching particularly the Amazon site.
Vol. III is in work targeting a spring publication and I know you are going to love it if you liked I and II.

We must close the sieve that exists om the southern border now.
To: Jeff Head
Jeff, any info on the immigration status of the three Latino killers?
To: Travis McGee
Have not heard about their immigration status, just that they are hispanic.
