Even though the Democrats set everything up for the voting process and did not tell a lot of people how to turn the machines on, they are going to blame this fiasco on the Governor. Go Figure!

OK, let's hear your favorite "How many Florida Democrats does it take to change a lightbulb?" jokes! A. They don't know. They're still counting....

"It is a time-honored tradition, perhaps refined by the Daley machine of Chicago, to hold vote counts until the last minute. This way, the (political) machine could figure out just how many votes it needed to come up with to close the gap and win.´ "
So the problem is not that south Floridians are too stupid to vote properly, the problem is that the dems are having a little trouble figuring out how to defraud the new system??

Following the advice of their editor, the reporters seized the evidence and took the illegal ballots to Janet Reno who promptly had the JOURNALISTS arrested, rather than to investigate how a candidate had preprinted ballots in his possession!
I didn't think it possible, I thought I had heard it all, but she has managed to outrage me again. It makes me so angry that she will never have to pay for her countless miscarriages of justice.

Before the next election, we should send piles of calculators down to the three Florida counties that have trouble counting....

The Colliers observed, "When we saw in this past primary that McBride was leading Reno by 100,000 votes statewide, with 60 percent of precincts reporting, and Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach not reporting even hours after the close of balloting, and after almost every other county had reported, we knew exactly what was happening. The Colliers are dead ('90 & '98), how did they observe anything? Am I misreading something?

There is no solution to the problem because no matter how foolproof and easy voting is made, it will be screwed up untintentionally or intentionally; however the democrats think it might favor them. I have voted with several kinds of ballots and never had a problem. They are all self-explanatory. If anyone is too stupid to figure them out, they are too stupid to know anything else, either.

Have you seen the new Florida Quarter?
Actually, it's a nickel--you just count it five times.

the problem is that the dems are having a little trouble figuring out how to defraud the new system?? I'm pretty impressed with the new machines. It's going to be tough tampering with them. What's needed in Miami is some Republican poll watchers to monitor the process.

The way to defraud the new system is to delay ballot returns until after the "automatic recount" period has past.
What I don't understand is how you "recount" electronic ballots. There is nothing to read, just a count. Computers don't make math errors of this nature.
Old processes required "recounting" because the process by which a ballot was read could be flawed.
Only write in ballots, mailed in ballots (early/overseas voting), and some foreign language ballots will not be in the computer ballot box.
Even if the system has a record of every electronic ballot (all of the voter's selections), the number would be able to be tallied in under 5 minutes.
The Rats feel stymied and must resort to loud braying to persuade radicals that "they were done wrong".
Janet Reno cannot come forward to claim that the Democrat political machine did not believe that she had a chance against Jeb Bush and so they sabotaged her primary election. Blame the Republicans again, the Rats always do.
