In Byron York's article in the 16 September 2002 issue of National Review, he said that McAwful was paid $1.2 million by Telergy for brokering a $40 Million loan from Global Crossing to Telergy, and less than a month later Telergy and Global Crossing began entering into these IRU schemes!! The evidence is out there...all it takes now is the will to bring T-Mac to account.

I'm not sure of the exact terminology, but I do know that the $1.2 Million McAwful received was greater than the total compensation the three top men at Telergy--all childhood friends of McAuliffe's from Syracuse--received that year. Terry's up to his eyeballs in this and I don't know how much longer the DemonRATS can allow him to retain his Chairmanship of the DNC.

.....McA pocketed an excessive illegal gratuity.........
