"Hate mail" my ass. This is just their way of trying to paint those who see them for what they are............drooling, socialist, America-hating morons...........as hate-mongers, monsters, knuckledraggers, etc.

I wonder if Jessica Quindel would like to organize a rally/memorial for the 19 'brave martyrs of Islam'. Since excluding them might offend the sensibilities and feelings of 'other voices'.
"We're trying to include all voices and are being outcast and seen as wrong, which goes against American ideals", said Quindel.
How about the voices of those outcast 19? ;)

Yes. I see that truth is now a hate crime. What a bunch of sissies.

Some students received more than 200 hate e-mails each -- many containing racial slurs -- over the issue. "You're nothing but an anti-American hate monger," said an anonymous e-mail sent to Graduate Assembly President Jessica Quindel. "You offend and disgust me and other veterans of this great country."
How is this hate mail? Looks like an opinion to me. Darn right. If this had been written about a supposed racist or "homophobe," the "H" word wouldn't have been used -- they would have just said "angry e-mails."
I wonder how "many" "hate e-mails" out of the 200 apiece they each got contained racial slurs. Funny how they didn't cite even ONE -- which makes me think that the response was more restrained than they would like you to believe.

Thats a hate email? I guess in their minds, 'that dress makes you look fat' is hate speech.Of course it is, because the implication is that being fat is a bad thing, making you a closed-minded bigot against the big-boned. </sarcasm>

lol It's unamerican to be seen as wrong! Even if you are! Whoops, I forgot, there is no such thing as right or wrong. But that's irrelevant. The main thing is, in America we must not see anyone as wrong!

I transcribed excerpts from Ms. Quindel's and Mr. Gabriel's 9/11/02 speeches
on a new thread. I thought you might like to read.

Excellent find there, Father.
Yep, about this Quindel, she's a communist sympathizer after all.
The protest e mails will for sure fall on deaf (Red) ears.

Great research!

I missed a line I wanted to emphasize in the story:
"I think it's important that different kinds of people go [to Cuba]. We're trying to bring people who aren't upper class and can understand why it's important to study socialism."
Social Classism, pure and simple.
