I agree wholeheartedly, B66. One of the first things I thought of when the sniping started in MD.
It's cheap, uses existing weapons/methodology in our country, causes terror.
I'll even go so far to say that this is a trial run, to gauge the police response. Then they will use what they learn to use the same tactic elsewhere in the U.S.
