The foreign minister said that France and Britain had shared information on the proof of such a weapons program. and it "is out of the question to divulge these exchanges."What did France know and when did they know it? And why are they afraid of the rest of the world being given this evidence?

"These are not issues which we can deal with publicly. This calls for serenity and seriousness, and we should therefore beware of any leaks and any saber-rattling proposals,"Of all Western nations, only the French could equate "serenity and seriousness" with secrecy. And the public accepts it...Always a nice breeding ground for corruption.

Don't forget that the French just recently had one of their leading Right-Wing candidates assassinated. So much for tolerance of other viewpoints.

I have noted on several replies to Ivan re Tony Blair's bold stand against Iraq/Saddam, that the Brit Intel people and code crackers are among the best in the world.
So it would be really interesting to see what data the Brit intel people and code crackers have come up with.
It is obvious with this outburst that France as well as being a charter member of the Axis of Whining Weasels, is also a long time seller of WMD material and equipment to make WMD to Saddam and Iraq. The Brit intel data shows and documents the two decades of this exchange of tech for Iraqi blood money.
Also, Germany has to be in the same position, with the outbursts of by their Watermelon leader and his rabid protection of Saddam and Iraq and attacks on Tony Blair.
It would appear that Tony has had his ambassadors show some of this data to their France and Germany counterparts in the past week.
Peach posted this great reply on this thread which really sums it up re the Euro Trash DNA scum pool:
"From now on when meeting a Euroweenie we simply need to ask: Are you from the part of Europe whose ass we kicked or whose ass we saved?"
