Okay I can see your point to the dissability this but that man desearves to be in jail! If he reached his hand into her car grabed her cell phone and threw it in traffic and it busted it would be assault on property and he would still do time, lets just call it assault on property for killing her dog so it doesn't insult your delicate sensibility.

Yes, he deserves to be in jail, but disability for the woman? Simply because she can't drive past the spot where poor fluffy bought it? And now I'm paying her disability payments through my taxes? I say, "let her take the bus."
