Just when we want these rats out of our country, they want to drive the foundations of their nest even deeper! From what source does this billion come from? Perhaps they're counting on a big donation from Ted Turner.

Build it somewhere else. Cuba, for example.

Why not disband the U.N. It will certainly be far cheaper and accomplish much more.

Bush and O'Neil are sending another $30 billion to Brazil to bail out New York City banks (neat little corporate welfare scheme, eh?), so frankly, this billion here hardly registers on my outrage meter.

A better idea would be to move to Bagdad or Zimbabwe.

This stinks. The Muslim/3rd world dominated UN is our enemy....NOT OUR FRIEND.
I have no use for these rats! They are a plague. For too long they have grown fat at US taxpayer expense.

I think it would be a great investment to pay them a couple billion to GET OUT OF THE USA!

The document outlines three options for renovating the 50-year-old headquarters: Vacate the building and completely renovate it from the basement to the roof.
Empty five to 10 floors at a time and perform the most invasive construction at night and on weekends.
Keep repairing things as they break and absorb the spiraling maintenance and energy costs.
How about this: Tear down the building, salt the ground so nothing will grow there again, and put in a landfill because the rats and roaches attracted there will be far healthier to the US than what is there now.

What the heck happened to the mantra "it's for the Chiiilllldreeennn?"
They plan to demolish a children's playground to put up a new office! Get the heck out of my country, UN!

Can I join the club?
Get Canada out of the UN!

Considering that the building is insulated with asbestos, I suggest that we tent it and guard it 24-7 to protect the fragile environment of the East River.

Tent the whole damn structure and fumigate it . . while the delegates are still inside!

Well, it's been said already, but BUILD IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. How about the Sahara?
To: Spiff
Build it somewhere else. Cuba, for example. Switzerland. They would be closer to their bank accounts.

I have a better idea... why don't we send them packing to Belgium or The Netherlands instead?
