"Majette will probably vote almost exactly like McKinney. The difference is that Majette will be more respected and effective. I think this cross over plan is a mistake"
While we're battling Islamic Jihad, it would be nice to have serious people in office...lacking that (b/c were discussing Dems here ) McKinney is an irresponsible racebaiter who doesn't give a damn about the effect her actions have on our Country. Majette may vote the same as McKinney, but at least she wont be trying to tear the nation apart.

"Nearly 35 percent of the Republicans in Georgia's 4th Congressional District are expected to cross over and vote in tomorrow's Democratic primary in an effort to oust Rep. Cynthia A. McKinney."

If either of you have it on an answering machine, especially one with caller ID, take it in and play if for the local TV/radio stations. See if they will run with it.

"I want to see McKinney kicked to the curb.... but I also want to see her big stupid face disgracing the Democrat party in the days to come. The Democrats deserve her."Actually, I think you're right...and why is Majette a "former judge"?! McKinney was very glib and "slick" in her "presentation" during the last 5 minutes of the debate that I actually saw on C-Span, which doesn't mean she makes any sense, but she appeared much more "polished" in public speaking then the ex-judge...OTOH, even being an ex-judge lends a certain credibility to Majette, and seeing as how she would likely vote exactly the same as McKinney (?), I'd rather be giving the rope to McKinney, I think, as the "voice of the Democrats"...

Majette will probably vote almost exactly like McKinney. Maybe so, maybe not. For instance, Majette is on record opposing reparations, while Cindy of course is in favor. Why give a Congressional seat soapbox to Cindy for issues like this?

The media DID get a copy of the message and are playing it on local stations at 6:30 a.m. today (Tuesday). They said "It is unclear WHO is behind these misleading messages"...... Yeah, Right!!!!

Jihad Cyndi's reaction to losing will provide a much more prominent disgrace to the 'Rats than her normal day-in-day-out clown act. Also, she'll then start trying to scratch her way back in, and will then need to call more attention to herself than she would as an incumbent.
Beating her is a win-win situation.
