I say that only because it is normal to have false signatures. If they can't prove that he did it on purpose, then they have nothing but an accusation.

You haven' read the article and obviously don't know a thing about this case. The signature gatherers have not been prosecuted or persecuted for false signatures.

Read first, then opine.

Yes the same way they prosecute those who commit perjury.Say for instance like Billy Bob Clinton.
If you watch long enough you will be able to figure the court system out. I have more confidence in a convicted criminal serving time than I do any judges or most lawyers when it comes to judging someone. The court system im America is as big a farce as China or Russia. I hope none of you have to use it against someone with power and /or money.
