That was a stupid prediction by Steyn -- he should've known that we wouldn't be attacking in the dead of summer. ....And he also should've known that the administration would seek UN approval, and that takes time.

Time is now up, just in case you didn't see the President's speech yesterday.

Yeah, I know Presidents lie, but not if by doing so they risk - actually, assure - their political demise. If Dubya wanted to drag this thing out for as long as possible (as is your assertion), he would never allow the momentum to progess to this point. You are the gullible one.

While funny and probably true in a lot of ways, Mark had best stick to comedy and political writing and leave military decisions to Rummy and his crew.

With the heat in the Iraqi desert in August, there will be no military action August.

Besides by August, Iraq, Iran, Syria and maybe N. Korea will have undergone regime changes after a few Fourth of July type fireworks over and in their hell holes.
