Well, since FDR is long since in his grave, I think money is a fair solution, as it is in most any civil case.

Assuming their allegations are true, an admittedly big assumption, FDR deliberately put these people in concentration camps. That's no better than what the Nazis did during the war. Those people were punished for war crimes; why should our government be held to a different standard?

I know, I know--the winners write the history books. Small comfort to the US citizens that spent WWII in Japanese prison camps so FDR could make political hay.
