FLORIDA FREEPERS!
You must vote out Wells and Anstead in 2002: let Jeb appoint Constitutionalists to replace these two. Jeb has already replaced Harding with a fine judge.

Leander Shaw faces MANDATORY retirement next year, and when Jeb wins re-election, he'll be able to replace a FOURTH SCOFF-LAW with someone who is a believer in equal justice under the law, and there will be a conservative majority on the Supreme Court of Florida for the first time in years!!!!

FLORIDA
MUST
VOTE
TO
REMOVE
ANSTEAD
AND
WELLS
IN
100
DAYS!

Being a Republican Jeb will nominate some Dems or Liberal Repubs so that he can be well thought of. Repubs are a great minority party. They talk real big but don't know what to do when they get in office.

I wish I could remember his name, but there was a WONDERFUL democrat judge on the Floriduh Supreme Court. He was a good American and followed the LAW, as opposed to some of the other hacks on the Court.

Pubbies are NOT a minority party in FL. The state assembly is overwhelmingly Republican. Jeb is a good conservative, in many ways MUCh more so than his brother George. He'll nominate some good ones I'm sure. Summer-I sent this to you to ping all other FL freepers. RID FLA OF LIBERAL JUDGES!!! Thanks

This court was a problem even before the recount.

I started my own sample ballot so I don't have post-it notes all over myself when I go to vote. Wells - No and Anstead - No. I thought one of them was retiring. Guess I was mistaken?

Judge Saul Sanders was the Circuit Court Judge in Tallahassee, a democrat, who followed the rule of law and decided against the recounts. Remember the ridiculous statisticians Algor hired who made up stuff on their exhibits? All of Algor's experts were full of it.

LOL! Good one, Redleg!!

I was just going to ask him if nobody loved him, or he was having a bad hair day, so that such good news was negative to him, but your 'whining medication' line was much better! Thanks!

I believe that was Chief Justice Shaw, who wrote a stinging dissent the second time Toker Al tried some games.
