Uh, where is slavery happening in America?
Wanna show me more than just a couple instances of child labor laws being violated in America?
I know it happens in China, but name me some substantive instances of people being murdered in America for the purpose of harvesting their organs, okay?
I think our laws work better than most countries' and our borders need some heavy improvement.
Other than that, your comparisons, although dramatic, are ludricous.

Those were examples of what the market can in fact bear and demonstrate your statement to be nonsense. Btw Americans buy those organs and who do you think checks the age of immigrants who come across the border and get paid under the table?
The idea that you think they are ludricous in comparison to illegal immigration shows how ignorant you are. Remember 9/11???? Do you know how much drugs are coming across that border and how much of it is targetted at America's kids??? We have a multi-billion dollar criminal highway on the border with a bunch of wacko's out there who would like to do a hell of alot more than kill a few thousand American's but you think the comparisons are ludricous.
