Slobo a Stalanist? Lefty socialist, yes. Stalanist? Not even close. The old Yugoslav commies were of a slighlty pinkish hue rather than fully red and I don't think even Slobo cared that much about any ideology.

But zhabo is correct in assuming something fishy is going on here. It seems teh prosecution is so worried about Slobo's ability to defend himself that it is they who are suggesting Slobo take it easy and NOT FIGHT SO HARD IN COURT!

From: Milosevic in "serious risk" of heart attack, U.N. medical examination finds

The tribunal recommended that Milosevic, who has led his own defense against war crimes charges, appoint legal counsel to reduce his workload.

Responding angrily in court, Milosevic said he had never sought medical examination "not even when I suffered high fever." He again refused to appoint a lawyer saying the court "should not harbor any illusions that I am asking for anything."

Expressing concern, judge Patrick Robinson of Jamaica suggested Milosevic accept an assistant to "share cross-examination of witnesses." Milosevic often spends several hours in cross-examination and works weekends preparing his case.

"His workload must be reduced and the medical treatment by a cardiologist is most advisable ... the accused should have such treatment," May said. The court will await further testing and "consider any option that may be available for the future conduct of the trial."

---

The jamin' Jamaican Judge (I am sure Jamaica is know the world over for the quality and hard work of its criminal justice systemm) would be upset that Slobo works hard (Eh Mon, light a ganja! relax!). And isn't intriguing how the British Judge May want's to get a medical excuse to get Slobo away from conducting his own defense?

The Yugoslav Communist party was a party in power. If you know anything about history and politics you would know that Yugoslavia under Tito (a Croat) rejected Stalin and Stalinism. I am not that familiar with the sects of communism to describe what sort of Communists the Yugoslavs were but I do know that they were never Stalinists which has a specific meaning to political scientists.

The Bogomils were a religious heresy and not an ethnic identifier though the first Bogomils may have been Bulgarian Slavs which explains the origin of the Bogomil name? Bogomils were dualists much like the Manicheans and Arian Christians which many barbarian tribes were (most think the Germans who overran the Roman empire were pagans in fact many were Arian Christians) Some say that the Cathars of Southern France were inspired by the Bogomils after the Eastern and Western Romans and barbarians scattered the Bogomils. All speculation of course.

Was Milosevic a homicidal maniac like Stalin? Probably not.
Was he a two-bit gangster not a whole lot different from John Gotti or for that matter, Franjo Tudjman? Probably.

Not by far like the TROTSKITE NWO's and their auxiliaries!

Well that "Mustache Pete" didn't at least break the Westphalian peace accord ( 1648 )...
And whole bunch of other international accords and conventions :)

Actually Serbia's economy was more advanced in heavy industries. The Croatians were far ahead in tourism industries only. Your understand of Tito and his Yugoslavia is embarrassingly very wrong. Do a google search.
