Questions-Is there standing water or is it just absorbed by grass.

Did the golf course irrigate during that time ?

. Does the golf course use pesticides or other chemicals that would inhibit growth of flys.

Assuming that golf course provided oasis for flys would they travel 1/2 mile into barren desert ?

I remember the letter to the judge being mentioned before the break. Wonder why it is just now being dealt with? Sounds like maybe they are trying to tie up some loose ends before a motion for mistrial.

So they'll never be described as exact matches by the criminalists.....even if they share the same source? IE: blanket or towel? But the prosecution can say it?

My memory of the OJ trial is that days were spent discussing markers etc and theory on how the probility is determine. Never was it mentioned that anything was an exact match. They were always stated as probability. The same is true for fingerprints. Even though no two people have the same prints, comparing them requires matching between the two.

Its possible you could leave two fingerprints and that they cannot be matched to each other depending on the quality.

there's a tape of Dehesa site from KUSI TV.....WHO could have been seen in that tape? (Many times, for example, an arsonist sets repeated fires and then shows up in tapes on the news)...just guessing/wondering what could possibly be on the tape .
