Actually, there are people in the 'hood who don't think he did it. Also, they think the parents are hiding something.

Well, what DOES it signify?
crystalk mischaracterizes the 911 call saying Damon is talking about Danielle in the past tense.
So, when did he say whatever he said. What was the context?
Clearly crystalk was implying that Damon knew Danielle was dead when the 911 call was placed.

I can't remember when it was said, but it was long before Danielle's body was found.
If I'm correct it was fairly early on.
The context argument/challenge does zilch to change the meaning, cyn. Not only did Damon speak of her in the past tense, but the entire thought was that of going on with the boys and without her.
I realize that you adore the van Dams and would elect them co-chairpersons of the PTA, but at some point, the sleaze they are and their poor parenting has to be faced.

I saw that somewhere else, too. They laid out a map of different abductions and mentioned the name of the road where Samantha was found. Kinda like the Zodiac killer? (I'm not very familiar with many murder trials!) Even the talking heads mentioned the different cases and the trail they made, but I don't recall them mentionong the name of the road(of course, I don't hang on their every word).
