I think you'll get a chance to "meet" Goff when he testifies. If my hunch is right he will turn the bug guy trade upside down.

I have a low moron-tolerance right now.Really? Please don't do anything rash. You'll like your moronic self more tomorrow.
To: John Jamieson
That's what bugs me.. How the heck can you even THINK about buying a car when your daughter is missing/murdered?
To: John Jamieson
LOL That's gross... You make me laugh.. :) I have to relinquish my rights to my puter for a while..someone has to take it from me. (supervised of course..~grin~)

Only the yippi-esque Chicago Seven trial (and some in those days that were equally crazy) compares, I think, to the crazyhouse atmosphere Judge Ito allowed to happen.

Absolutely right! This this guy is an early invader proponent, who's not likely to help Dusek much. This should be interesting!!!!
I hope Feldman is studying this guy's past writing.

I think formerden posted cuz you are here. :)

I doubt the unconventional is what they are seeking. This guy has bonafides. All the prosecutor needs is to give the juror a reason to believe the other bug guys might be wrong and the subject will remain on the physical evidence which unless the defense can show that some kids actually got in the RV.

Yea, wasn't Danielle found under a BIG TREE?
To: cyncooper
I'm going over heather's testimony later...and attempt to find a link or something with all the witnesses and their roles. (I know I have a playa's list on my website, but it's not up to date nor is it organized the way it needs to be)
To: TamiPie
You just got alot of neat donations and a big insurance check?

Who, me? No. Why?
To: John Jamieson
Neat donation/insurance check or not, my kids are more important than getting neat toys from donations...
To: TamiPie
Not you, Damon.

HUUUUHLLLLO !!!!!!!!! EL CAJON IS NOT A DESERT !!!!!!!!!!!It doesn't need to be a desert. In fact a label isn't relevant. Its the temperature, humidity etc that is relevant. But seeing that labels ae important to you here is definition of desert
A dry, often sandy region of little rainfall and sparse vegetation.
Moe specifically
What's a Desert?
A desert can be defined as an area that receives an average annual rainfall of 12 inches or less. A desert region is usually defined by a combination of factors such as climate, topography, and plant and animal communities.
The Chihuahuan Desert is one of four deserts in North America.
It is the largest of all in the continent.
Temperatures in deserts are dependent upon latitude and elevation. Temperatures in the Chihuahuan Desert are cool because, even though it is the farthest south, it is the highest desert in North America.
Humidity in desert regions is normally very low, thus affecting our perception of heat. You would feel warmer in a moist climate along a coastline than you would in a desert, even though the temperature in the desert is the same or even higher. The primary reason for this is that your perspiration evaporates quickly in dry air, cooling your skin. Generally strong winds in desert regions aid in this process. But don't be fooled by the perceived lower temperature. It's still hot! You should drink plenty of water and wear proper clothing while outdoors in a desert region.
.Soils in desert regions may be simple or very complex. Usually little organic matter may be found in desert soils and they tend to be very hard -- with the obvious exception of dune area. Water retention in desert soils is typically very poor.
