I am finally home. On July 21, dirtboy posted an article that appeared in the Philadelphia Inquirer titled--Democrats share the blame for corporate chicanery. In this article was mentioned about the Lieberman amendment, Senator Dodd and Torricelli. I then did a google search--for lieberman I wrote in Senator Joseph Lieberman amendment and stock options in 1993. As for Torricelli I wrote out asking Torricelli and SEC Levitt and auditing and consulting and the same for Dodd.

I am new at this stuff but google.com is a great way to look up things and facts. You might want to ask your paper to look up the congress and their stock holdings. My understanding is that they don't divest of their stocks yet they make the rules that affect them.
