I just listened to the 911 call again too. There's no doubt what Brenda said and about the dog barking and about the other kids in the background, playing video games and not sounding upset, etc. etc.

Some of it was HIS OWN blood. Actually, they biggest spot was his own blood.Hey, did you see my point that he probably knew he got his own blood on his jacket and maybe didn't realize the one spot was from Danielle and that's why he went ahead and had it cleaned. (Or, he was under the mistaken notion that drycleaning would destroy the DNA).
Got ya convinced yet?;)

Be of good cheer! Guess i fergot the ;->
A guy walks into a bar, orders a beer --asks the guy next to him "Wanna hear my 'aggie' joke ?"
The guy next to him replies, "Before you tell that joke you should know something. I'm 6' tall, 200 lbs. and I'm an aggie.
And the fellow sitting next to me is my daddy 6'2", 225 lbs. and also an aggie.
The dude at the end of the bar is my uncle 6'5", 250 lbs. and also a graduate of Texas A&M .
Are you sure you still want to tell that aggie joke ?"
The first guy responds, "H*ll no, not if I gotta explain it three times."

Maybe the dry cleaning was to get kid of his own blood....By the way one for the glossary:
ScapeCOAT = the dry cleaned jacket with DNA.

I've read about a child saying "they killed a giraffe and an elephant in front of us!" but didn't know what case it was in! IMO some "child advocate" (sic) tried to plant an idea in a child's mind about adults killing small animals in front of their victims, then saying "If you tell, we'll kill your parents!" But it backfired, because the child, not being an experienced liar and wanting to please an adult authority figure, embellished it beyond believaility.

That is true, but just like any attorney..he's not going to use them if they have nothing but glowing things to say about the van dams-- aside from all the 'whats', can't wait till this is over with.

Brenda sas "60 pounds", not six feet. If you listen to the whole thing, she says "60 pounds and I'm
not sure how tall she is"...
I remember hearing that the first time and being taken aback when I read the first transcription way back. But if you read along with the transcription while you listen it becomes very clear. It is not very good quality but I could tell the first time I heard what she was saying but I can see how it sounds like "six feet".
