Of course now an MRI can show such injuries.

Black leaders, including congresswoman Maxine Waters, a Democrat who represents the area, and Inglewood Mayor Roosevelt Dorn have called for Morse to be immediately fired and brought up on state or federal charges.

Hell, why wait for all the facts of the case to be determined. Why wait for a thorough investigation to be completed. If Waters and Dorn, who have apparently appointed themselves "judge, jury, and executioner", say that Morse is guilty, well then that's good enough for me! (sarcasm)

This is too much. But he should be put on leave until the investigations (yes there are more than one against him) finish. And if found guilty they should make him give back the money he was paid.

Not like the disgusting Braga who got to go back to full active duty on the FBI -- not even relegated to a desk job! -- before the Justice Department made up their mind whether to prosecute.

I guess you have not read where this same officer is being investigated for two more such unlawful actions. My hope is that you or someone like you is next on this officers list.

But you also have a right to strike someone attempting to strike you. If this subject grabbed the MOS testes, then he CERTAINLY has the right, to strike the subject to force him to let go.

I doubt many people would object to the officer's punching the kid to get him to release his testes. It also doesn't seem from the video like this is the case-- i.e. that the kid was holding the officers testes at the time he was struck on camera. So again you are being unclear. Assume (for hypothesis) that the kid had grabbed the officer's testicles prior to what's visible on the tape. In your view, does the officer then have the right to slam the kid into the car and punch him once the testes have already been released and the kid is under control?

Yep, Tex, I sure have. Mebbe if you'd read my posts, you'd know that I haven't claimed the cop should be exonerated, just not railroaded before all the evidence is in. And the fact that he's being "investigated" doesn't mean he's guilty. That so hard for you to understand, Tex?

My hope is that you or someone like you is next on this officers list.

What're ya tryin' to say, Tex---that you wanna see my ASS kicked? Guess that means you done won this here argument, don't it?

No he doesnt. My assumption is based strictly on the belief that the punch was designed to make him let go.
