Maybe tomorrow I will check and see if I can find it. In the report at first I thought he might be stuttering, he just did'nt sound to sharp, would like to know if that is how he sounds when he speaks now. I did not get to listen to DVD thing this morning, am having a heck of a time keeping connected to the live feed. Man every thing was going really good yesterday until the bug guy came on, only got to hear several questions, and then lost the feed. grrrr

The World's Leading Solution for Computer Investigations and Forensics
Award winning and validated by the courts, EnCase allows law enforcement and IT professionals to conduct a powerful, yet completely non-invasive computer forensic investigation. EnCase features a intuitive GUI that enables examiners to easily manage large volumes of computer evidence and view all relevant files, including "deleted" files, file slack and unallocated space. The solution effectively automates core investigative procedures, replacing archaic, time-consuming and cost-prohibitive processes and tools.
The integrated functionality of EnCase allows the examiner to perform all functions of the computer forensic investigation process. EnCase's Escript, is a powerful macro-programming language and API that allows investigators to build customized and reusable forensic scripts.

Yes, that makes sense.
To: John Jamieson
That's interesting. I assume that's an XP feature. I don't think Win 98 works that way.

Would put a lot more confidence into the fibers in this case, except:
1 WITH REGARD TO MICROSPECTROPHOTOMETRY AGAIN, THAT'S A TEST THAT COULD HAVE BEEN USED TO EITHER INCLUDE OR EXCLUDE THE BLUE FIBERS, RIGHT?
A. YES.
Q. AND IT WASN'T USED IN THIS CASE?
A. THAT'S CORRECT.

My old computer (Win98) would show a thumnail of only the currently selected (highlighted) photo, changing just that one unless you moved the cursor over to others.

I'm sorry, but this case stinks to high heaven. What is scary, it could happen to any one.

There is a sheet involved.. No Kim, there wasn't. The only sheet is the "collection" sheet that's wrapped around the corpse.

Or, the melting point test.
Oh well, it's only a man's life at stake here.
To: John Jamieson
I run Win98 and it works just like your old computer.

Almost as outrageous a thought as that a slutjackal would put a drug in a drink intended for a guy they thought was "creepy"...

Making a late night prediction..
Sean Sorianos will be recalled for questions on the multi colored blanket on Danielle's bed regarding the colors. (red, orange, green)

Correction on early facts:
The fibers found in the SUV were orange fibers, not the blue gray.
The two fibers eliminated were wool and orange acrylic (different acrylic)
The blue towel in the laundry bag, cargo area..10 were found..4 tested.
Tested means visually and microscopically w/infra red...none of the fibers were tested w/the microspectrometer.
2 orange fibers were found on the passenger seat in the MH.

I have just been reading on 8 and on day 6 I think, Dorie Savage was asked about whether she had found two stains in the DV home, and she said yes, so I will check in tomorrow, going to go see what else I can find about it.
