If Damon drove by both the desert and El Cajon on the weekend of 2/16 in a blue van with nylon velour blue seats with a 2mm nap, they'll have no choice. Find that VAN! And just who in the heck do you think is going to press charges?
To: dogbyte12
Only Damon was driving around the desert on the 16th. Not DW.

"Wanna bet Judge Mudd doesn't have the guts to keep Damon out of the courtroom for the rest of the trial?"He sure won't if he listens to Lisa Bloom. (Can anyone actually stand to listen to her voice? Fingernails on the blackboard...) Yesterday she was nattering on about what a crime it was to keep the grieving father out of the courtroom.

Fibers don't seem like the "exact" science they claimed it to be yesterday. Oh, it's made of nylon? Well, that's a similar fiber; can't say it's a match, but it's similar. Cotton, nylon, wool, acrylic -- they're all pretty common.I don't understand this comment. It is not anything like the testimony the fiber witnesses gave.

And ya know something else about Faulkner? He seemed very unbiased towards either side. I think the jury will give his testimony a lot of credence & credibility. JMO.

She grates on mine too and Lisa Bloom, I read on another thread that she is Gloria Alreds spawn. Yuck!!

I have to watch CTV..to see the trial..but husband is getting a lap-top..so I can tune into the internet live feed.(I'm on WEB TV)..
Dominick Dunne's Program is on in about 5 minutes on CTV..and it is an amazing show.
The comments about DW being a sacrificial lamb, this morning on CTV, made me sick to my stomach.

He thought at one point about killing DW to put an end to trial.
Quit it, will ya' ? Yer givin' me the Lee Harvey Oswald Blues ! ... or should that be the Lee Damon Van Dam Gutbustin' Blues ?
blah, blah, blah, disclaimer...humorless ...blah, blah, can shove it ...blah...

thanks!

Yes, but to some, the truth so hurts their perfect little lynch party. Cancelling all those invitations, sending back all the little party favors--must be hard.
To: crystalk
Plenty of physical and psychological evidence.I think we're all waiting to hear what kind of physical evidence you have in mind. I don't recall hearing anything about this.
To: MizSterious
Besides Damon figures he'd get a lot shorter sentence killin' DW than Danielle!
To: pyx
omg! I well recall seeing Jack Ruby shoot Oswald 'live' on national tv!! It's one of those things I can recall like it happened yesterday. (As well as seeing JFK shot before our eyes.)
To: MizSterious
I think it's a done deal, Miz. He punished the Demon enough "they will say", and has probably talked with the DA's office and others...So Damon goes back...I would LOVE to be wrong on this..:~)

Same DA!!! I don't know. Seems like he would probably think that putting DW away , guilty or not, would get him more votes than admitting he was wrong and going after Damon.
Besides, if the parents won't press charges for Murder (Brenda can't be forced to testify) will the DA do it on his own?
To: pyx
Good one pyx!
To: Henrietta
Just go back and read on yesterday's thread, and all the others since this case began.
I cannot be the educator of those unfamiliar with the case.
To: spectre
And if he successfully shoots DW, there's one more inconvenience removed from his life (Brenda had best watch her step).
To: UCANSEE2
So, I presume, if he did it, then the Damon will get away with murder because of the pride of some stinking DA. [BAAAAAAAAARF]
