Fair enough. If it's mandatory (jail) then why do we have to execute voluntary withholding forms (W-4)?

Damn you always get me when I am brain dead but I will give it a shot. The W4 is to calculate your "dependent or implied dependent" deductions. In other words you may have only yourself as a deduction but your other "implied dependents" can be as many as 4 or 5. That means that your paycheck tax deductions are greatly reduced and then when you "voluntarily" file your return your tax withholding balances with the deductions you have claimed on your W4. For example I had 4 kids a wife and myself as flesh in blood dependents but for years I carried 11 dependents on my W4 based on interest write-offs and business expenses I incurred during the year. My actual withholding was almost 0 but I never got a refund either. The upside is that I kept my money and the downside was that I sometimes had to pay at the end of the year.

Look, nopardons insulted me. If nopardons will apologize for insulting me than I'll forget it. I was trying to provide some sources straight out of the IRS manual that perhaps would be informative. You have three hours to depose a witness and you ask questions about JFK's assassination and Monica Lewinsky? Sheesh! Larry Klayman is guided by his own pleasure and self-aggrandizement. He is not governed by the thought of how a deposition or evidence will appear to a jury, because 1) he has never been in front of a jury and so he doesn't know and 2) he never intends to be before a jury and so he doesn't care.

It would appear that the Adamses are in the rare category of JW's clients with a good case. But no case has much of a chance if you are represented by JW.
