Don't suppose they will come up with some sort of definative fiber evidence?---all this 'similar', 'close to',
'possible match' doesn't prove to me that fiber technology is all too advanced. I can wrap my brain around the DNA, and fingerprint evidence (both fairly reliable, rarely challenged) - but the fiber evidence IMO is just too iffy.

What are the other reasons Dusek would not call Faulkner, the guy who was at the autopsy?..(My guess is that there was nothing he could say that would be beneficial to the prosecution.
He had no cause of death, no evidence of DW's DNA or other bodily fluids in/on Danielle. Not much he could do for Dusek.

LOL! Hilarious!

Are they making something out of nothing? IMO, this whole case has been exactly that.
As pertains to DW, but I MAY END UP WITH EGG ON MY FACE, yet.

They didn't run the good tests ...... it's only a man's life at stake .... you know.
Or atleast they SAID that they never ran the good tests!

Remember, a thimble full of evidence doth a mountain make.

Thanks...it was Jaded's idea...he just primed the pump...(wait, I take that back!!) could be some sick SWINGER code word or something....
Actually, I just "sang" the song again...and it is quite snappy...in a swinging sort of way...(pun intended!!)
Can't wait to see if Val and Kim like it...who knows, maybe the truth_seeker will approve as well....
Oh I hope so, I hope so.....
Sigh.........../FDA/so

but the fiber evidence IMO is just too iffy. CONSIDER THIS: These different fibers were found on/around Danielle.
The place her body is found is an illegal dumping site. What things do people in those areas dump at places like that. LARGE things they can't get rid of in normal trash pickup. Items like OLD CARPET ?!?!?!?!

Could there be any other reason though that Dusek wouldn't call Faulkner?

Faulkners the bug guy....so other than affirming the defenses position of body placement after DW under surveilence....what other reason could there be that I'm not seeing?

...... What you got on ........
your mind?

It was also testified to today that the sheet was rolled around her...so fibers from the ground could have gotten on the sheet that way.

Nothing...just wondering if there would be another reason he wouldn't testify for the prosecution besides the obvious speculation.
Off the subject....any idea why Boyce would ask Keene about the Volkswagon parts inside the entry way on 2/4...that Keene said weren't there..he was asked twice by Boyce at PH??

You were right....Keene did not mention any towels on the MH floor 2/4 when they went through it....even after several questions about if he thought the MH had been recently cleaned.

Probably a blue nylon sheet......
No really, aren't most modern fabrics a blend of some sort.
Where's the other fibers?
To: FresnoDA
Very clever.
To: Rheo
I've always wondered about that.
2 freshly painted Volkwagon bumpers, maybe Neal's?
Was Feldman implying that Neal ran over her and Daddy helped clean up the mess???
To: John Jamieson
They were only looking and notating common fibers from DW's environment...so if purple or polka dot fibers were on the sheet but not in his environment...they weren't comparing....according to their own testimonies.

I wonder if they checked the garage (playroom) for Danielle's fingerprints, traces, etc. I bet not.
