"Brenda bought a house?"
Posted by jameson on Jul-10-02 at 11:00 AM (EST)
RR show just broke the story -- say they have verified - - Brenda bought a new house in Carmel - - $850,000. Personally, I can understand her not wanting to be in the house in Sabre Springs anymore. I wouldn't be able to stand facing that empty bedroom.

TRASH! Didn't even have the class to wait till the trial was over...pure white trash..
Danielle had trash as parents. Poor kid. I suspect that Brenda probably has some big-time Hollywood supporters. She probably sold rights to her story to "Lifetime". (or whatever cheesy network that it is called.)

We will have to see if Faulkner takes the stand today. Local coverage said he is definitely there.

WOW...I just read on Jameson's that Brenda bought an $850,000 house and Damon is not moving with her? DVD doesn't make enought money to support the lifestyle there living today, much less an $850k house. Even with a life insurance policy, the money's not there. Perhaps BVD has a huge advance on a book deal hidden away?

And, for all the apologists out there, I can easily agree that it would be hard to live in the same house where this happened, but it baffles me why someone needs a $850,000 house to soothe my grief. Or a BMW, or a rave party...

Brenda bought a new house in Carmel Carmel, as in nothern CA Carmel?

Of course you can understand, Kim....and I understand how YOU could understand Brenda buying an $850,000 house....
Yes, I agree, it must be awful for her to have to face that empty bedroom...but not for the same reason you might be thinking....

Famliar with motorhomes. Sold old one about two years ago and bought current on. Went camping quite often (both motorhomes).

Took children, her children's friends. Occasionally DAW would go camping alone in the MH.

Actually, I'm baffled as to how she can afford it...as much as anyone else. I'm not baffled as to why people
actually spend that much on a house, especially in california. I know *I* wouldn't want to live in the same house because of grief. Why do you think she left?
nycgal, i have no idea..
To: shezza
When they went camping they would go to Glamis, Silver Strand, etc. Sometimes went to one destination and left for another (weather bad). Borrego, Coronado, etc.

Guess Brenda wants to move away from the Damon or at least have more space for her "lifestyle" needs. People like her don't easily change and since she has been exposed as a liar I very much doubt that she has experienced any moment of truth. She may indeed miss her daughter but if she had ever put any thought into what she was doing to her daughter while she was alive she most likely would not have lost her. But I guess that is just beating a dead horse.
To: shezza
Sometimes wouldn't get there until night. Sometimes went looking for the Laspisas (good friends of David's). Didn't find them. Were looking at their regular spot at Glamis.

I think she wants to get closer to the lesbian bars in SF.
Amongst other things....
Can't be shame and embarassment, that's for sure.
