It is a little strange, no, that these towels were not on the floor until 2/13 when the evidence techs notated them.
Feldman was very persistant in his questioning about the condition of the MH...not one Detective mentioned those towels on the floor when the initial walkthru's were done.

The same thing I make of the police having custody of the MH for a few hours before the cadaver dog was brought to it, and supposedly "hit" on something.
I've smelled a set-up from day one.

About all these blue/gray fibers - why no speculation from the witnesses as to what kind of item they may have come from? Shen has stated that she thinks the orange fibers may have come from a sweater or a blanket - what about the blue/gray ones?

When Feldman was grilling Dulaney about the hairs in the MH that she found...on exhibit 79..which is also the new fiber info from yesterday...these were the fabric surfaces that many animal hairs were found...she did not notate what kind, color, etc as they did not match Layla's....now these fibers show up.
Did 180Franks dog or any other dog run thru DW's stuff wear any kind of fabric?...what about the leashes?

I remember from waaaaaay back that there was mention of an orange towel laying on the MH bed. I don't recall it being in testimony, probably a press leak from LE.

GREEN ACRES
Green acres is where I'd rather be
Farm and animal loving is the life for me
Land and love spreading out,
so far and wide
Keep Manhattan,
just give me that down south countryside.
New York is where I'd rather stay
I get allergic smelling hay
I just adore a highball or two
Darling, I love you,
but give me more of that brew

Check out my latest theory on the Refugee site, if you get a chance--re: the blue paint. No, I won't post it here.

I can't believe I never realized that there was conflicting "blue towel on the MH floor" testimony till now - and how convenient that it was placed right over the alleged bloodspot that was never photographed (am I right?)
I know they didn't have Danielle's body by the 13th, in order to get any blood to plant - but what about that blood on the cuffs of her PJ's - though I suppose they could not have been sure it was hers. I'm reaching here - but could you take a dry bloodstain - moisten it - then press it against something else to transfer the blood - would an examination show this to be the case? Was that blue towel found on the floor tested? I am so suspicious of that bloodspot on the MH floor - without a photo - and no real notation of the size (we just have to trust the examiner's memory as fact for that - ha ha) - do we even know that spot existed? I can see I'm going to have to make another trip through some transcripts.

No blood was found on the magical appearing towels from the floor of the MH...just fibers.

Was the foot gnawed off(like in animal) cut clean or what? Would have to be bone severance wouldn't there? Did the bones just separate from exposure and then animal carry the foot away? Just wondering..............

Westerfield's Weight - to the tune of "the weight" by The Band.
"I pulled into Sabre Swings
Was feelin bout half past dead
I just need some place
Where I can lay my head
Hey DNA witness, can you tell me
What you might find on my bed
She just grinned and grabbed a towel
'Fibers' was all she said
Take a load off Brenda
Take a load from Deniiise
Take a load off Damon
And, and, and you put the load right on me
I picked up my hose
I went lookin for a place to hide
When I saw LEO's and Brenda
Walking side by side
They said, "Hey David"
Come on let's go downtown
She said I gotta go
But my son can stick around
Take a load off Brenda
Take a load for Deniiise
Take a load off Damon
And, and, and you put the load right on me."

There are actually 3 towels from the MH floor....one on bathroom floor, one on carpet in hallway and one at entrance of side door.....light blue, blue, green

You mean this "neatnik" left his towels on the floor just like any other guy? Is that legal?
To: alexandria; VA Advogado
The typical swingers are in their 30s or 40s and have solid jobs and relationships And no morals or sense of committment
I have two words
Remember Sodom?
To: MizSterious
Except that neatnik didn't leave them on the floor cuz they were not there prior to 2/13.

I think the ten day break is mistrial stuff..This judge needs to do his job and complete this trial..He makes enough money to reschedule what ever he has planned..
