Thought this was a joke at first. Unfortunately, it isn't.

Larry Klayman can sue anyone he wishes to sue but this is soooo transparent as a publicity ploy timed to capitalize on the CEO scandals that it's pathetic. Suing the VP is rather outrageous but not if JW has something to base the suit on. I doubt it does but we'll see.

Meanwhile, knowing Larry Klayman 's track record I doubt Dick Cheney is losing any sleep over this stupid suit and as Miss Marple suggested, The Vice President should counter-sue - but he won't. Too much class, something Klayman wouldn't recognize if it bit him.

Has Judicial Watch ever actually WON a case? ANY case? Small claims? The Peoples Court? I don't think so...can't think of any, but I DO hope they win the (real REVEREND) Jesse Lee Peterson vs. (fake rev) Jesse Jackson Toyota shakedown case. I just got a fund-raising notice in the mail from them on that today. That would be an impressive first victory worth cheering about, IMHO, and may chang my opinion about JW.

This smells like a fundraiser for "Judicial Watch".

Larry Klayman has finally caused me to conclude that he is unable to make rational decisions regarding who has or has not violated the law. One would thin kthat Klayman has enought on his plate that his current clients would be better off if he would now simply work on litigating the cases he already has in the works.

Judicial Watch is a great group. They must feel certain he has been involved in something pretty bad.

I hate to see this, but if we wanted the demorats to come clean about comrade clinton, we have to be willing to deal with those on our side who blow it bad, too.

Is this why he's not made much of the press in awhile?

There is no reason whatsoever to sue Dick Cheney........right now, this way, in the current atmosphere, for the reason(s) he's suing him..............except for publicity. Period. End of story.

I used to think highly of this guy and shook his hand at a FReeper function, chatted with 'im, etc. Now..............I think he needs to go find another line of work.

What would this country do without Judicial Watch fighting for "truth" & "justice"? Sue happy Klayman and his merry band of idiots are certainly amusing if nothing else.
