"alleged fraudulent accounting practices which resulted in the overvaluation of the companys shares, thereby deceiving investors and others."
Well, then, Judicial Watch should sue anyone who sold these "overvalued" shares. Obviously, they also profited "unjustly". The "anyone" includes anyone who sold Haliburton while it was "overvalued" including the common investor.

I have been posting to the FR for a while now. thanks

One of these days, the judge is going to say "Bailiff, slap his pee-pee!"That made me laugh out loud. Klayman is the worst kind of hustler. Anything is fair game if it keeps his name alive. Has he ever won a lawsuit? He made all kinds of waves during the Clinton administration, but in the end nothing came of it. Then in Florida, during those endless recounts, he tried to worm his way into the process. Fortunately, the Florida judges saw through his efforts and correctly minimized his role.
Watchdog? No, publicity hog.

Why is his press conference in Miami? Did he get run out of Washington?
To: TLBSHOW
Hey!
He said he thought the pics were great.
Paul may not be aware of the punchline, however.

Wanna bet that Fox News doesn't cover this "press conference"?I'll bet that almost nobody does. Once you get a reputation as a bunch of kooks, most of the chairs at your press conferences start going empty.
It's always quite interesting to watch the beginnings and endings of various panel discussions on one of the C-SPAN channels where they show the audience coming and going, and comparing the number of people that show up to the rationality of the organization.

> Klayman's Judicial Watch was once worthwhile. NO longer.
This sounds more like a witch-hunt just for headlines for fund raising purposes.
Judicial Watch has now lost up to $5 million per annum in donations, so this ambulance chasing tactic is COSTING them more and more.

Well maybe the following has something to do with it. He has an office in Miami, doesn't he?
"Reno schedules fund-raiser at South Beach nightclub"

He probably got tired of the Washington crowd getting the dry heaves when they see him coming.
To: Jhoffa_
Wasn't that from California 9th Circuit Judge W.P. Freely?
