...Air Force officer stopped by and let us know how much they appreciated us being there supporting them. He said, "We are going to win this war". It was one of those goose bump moments.

Thanks, fivetoes, for standing tall.

The peaceniks have been sorely misled by their leaders...poverty and racism have nothing to do with terrorism...except for the similarity between thieves, pirates and cold-blooded murderers throughout human history who exploit others for their own devious ends/$$$/power and current racebaiters, fearmongers, gangleaders, mob bosses, DNC heads, Senate leaders and ex-Presidents.(^:

Hey Cowgirl, I tried to reason with them and yelled across the street that the cave dwellers could borrow our Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights. They, however would have to supply the will power and fortitude.

My voice is still hoarse. I must find a megaphone!

Yes folks, The Pierce Colorado chapter of the Tyranny Response Team was there. I can hardly express the joy it gives me to actually wave the flag. It was my job to remind the public that it is OK to ignore the peaceniks.

My favorite memory of the event has to be the motorcycle guy at the light pulling out his military I.D. card and showing it to the useful idots across the street.

One lady that lives across the street came to complain about all the cars blowing thier horns. Next time she comes over I am going to hand her a flag and invite her to join us in supporting our troops.

Land of the Free, Home of the Brave.

Have you noticed that the protester dace us. And we for the most part are facing traffic. Notice the we have kids and they do not. I guess that is because they are all pro-chiose. The Girl dresses like a street walker.

I will be there again this week end. I will try to bring my youngest son.

He proved to be quite a trooper as he held a flag for most of the time.

Thanks for the kind words, fivetoes.

Yep, that Martial Art discipline is a wonderment. I do hope the Peacenickers across the street didn't have nightmares seeing a seven year old Green Belt, (soon to make Brown Belt), in a Martial Art Gi. Ohhh the horror!

Damn fine bunch of people on our corner getting good support from a good town. It will be our pleasure to join y'all again next week.

God bless and protect our Armed Forces!

BT,

I was thinking that maybe we could all grab a bite to eat and chat afterwards. I know your son has a Martial Arts session, but we could meet somewhere near the South end of Ft. Collins.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Sorry I couldn't make it, amigo. Got stuck on the night shift for Friday and Saturday and was out like a light about the time y'all mustered.

Hopefully I can make it in a couple of weeks. I'm working this Saturday, but am off the following.

And check your FR mail.

Bob,

Nice to hear from you. Remember those days when you were looking for work? 8-) Yes, we must be careful what we pray for.

We might also consider Chili's. The Colorado Grill, Red Robin, Ruby Tuesday, 3 Margaritas or the Hickory House South.

Makes me hungry just thinking about it.

If you notice I am wearing a green t-shirt that has a CSU emblem on it, and under that the words housing operation management. I was yelled at Tuesday because I was out in my work shirt. Someone from CSU was offended that a CSU employ was protesting or supporting the troops. For shame. We I was told I would be done Saturday at 11:00 giving me time to change but it took long and I only had enough time to get to the corner. So this week I will bring and extra shirt to work seeing as how I have to work again this Saturday. But could five toe make me a little sign that says “a CSU employ who supports our troops“. I know he is good at that. This is short notice but please five toes help me out. Just a little sign like the freeper sign you use. Them you can take a picture of me put it on the next up date post and I can e-mail a lint to my supervisors. These are the same people who made me take down the bill of rights because they said it was offensive.

RMrattlesnake,
That really pisses me off. I think I will call the Alumni Association tommorrow and ask them if they support our troops, officially. You can't say anything back to them because of your job, but I can embarrass them and I will. I have in the past and I will in the future.

Sorry to get off on the rant. I am looking foreward to the rally. I'm going to get fivetoes to take my picture standing with the anti's holding a sign that says USEFUL IDIOTS.

Should be fun!

All the best,
Trteamer
