Is she in Hell?
Only she and God knows.
Please examine your list of things that you and so many today believe correlate with Biblical Salvation:
1. Devout. Being devout has nothing to do with faith and repentance.
2. Roman Catholic. Sadly, in my opinion the RC church is the "broad road" that Jesus warns of, full of devout, but MISTAKEN and DECEIVED sinners.
3. Attended church. So did Caiphas. And he helped to kill Jesus.
4. Kind hearted. There will be lots of kind hearted, well meaning, and yet unsaved people who die and go to Hell.
5. Religious. James, the half brother of Jesus, warns that the Demons believe in God - and they are unsaved. Religion is not related to salvation.
6. Loved Jesus. If she did, if she believed what He said about Himself and His Blood - if she put her trust in Him, then she is saved.
And if she loved Him you should be able to have seen it in her life. If you love Him then you should see it in your life:
1 John 2:3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
2 John 1:6 And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.

Never heard of Mushroomhead, but am familiar with Clutch. Don't own any of their albums though.

The incident you referenced above has zero to do with the name of this band. Here are the lyrics to the song "Black Sabbath". As you can see, they have NOTHING to do with your incident.MY incident???? Wasn't mine. I got it from a Black Sabbath web site. But after receiving your reply I did another search and I found this. They were originally a cover band called EARTH. The band saw Boris Karloff's 1963 horror movie "Black Sabbath" one night and were inspired to call their first original song "Black Sabbath". They found out at a gig that there was another band called "Earth", so they changed their name to BLACK SABBATH. Which does sound more plausable to me.
