Does this sound like a warning or a celebration? Come on! When Black Sabbath first started off, they were a blues band (called "Earth") in search of something else to play. Guitarist Tony Iommi got the idea that since scary movies made money, why not scary music? So they wrote some scary songs, adopted one song title as their band name, and that was that. And as for Mr. Crowley, he was a historical figure that Ozzy decided to write a song about! An author would write a biography, a singer performs a song. Besides, if you'd listen to the entire song, he ASKS Crowley questions, but never praises his practices.
