Nope...everyone else heard Keith....I heard Pete....it was Pete!!!hopefully, we hear more from Detective Muler or the Stone witness. Keith wouldn't have committed perjury, would he?

Something that has bothered me: one of the guys, I think it was Kieth Stone, said that when Damon came down from the bedroom Damon looked like he'd been up. In other words, did not look sleepy at all. Hmmm. It struck me when he said it and has bothered me ever since.

Don't forget the scratches DW had on his arm...probably made the PD jump to conclusions..we haven't heard a word about them at trial have we...???

I've got another question....why did the prosecution not request that the two dark hairs (assuming DW's as not stated) be run thru the offender database?

Earlier today during the cross by Dusek of one of the witnesses (I forget which one) he asked if DW ever had a dog. When the witness said yes Dusek asked what the color, type and length of its hair was. The answer was short, black, and wavy. I thought to myself at the time that he was going to try to connect the dog's hair to the hairs found in DVD's fist and underarm.

I think it was Keith Stone who also said the party broke up because the mood had turned "somber". I've always thought that was an odd choice of words.

There was a short dark hair under her arm, which was not DW's. Another unidentified hair.

Today in court there was an issue with a witness who SAVED one of the VD boys. COuld this have been because the boy was not supervised? We don't know for sure. We weren't allowed to hear the details.

Well, what I heard was that about two weeks ago the neighbor across the street from Westerfield saw the youngest boy run out across the street to get his ball. This woman (witness) said that Brenda was NOT out in the front yard and that the witness, went downstairs and helped the child across the street because he looked like a he was scared. I guess that you could say that she saved him.

Regardless whether or not she saved him, the fact remains that the child was out in thefront yard without supervision.

Heck, I don't know, I think that if my child was kidnapped and found dead, I certainly would be a bit more careful about the other two. Wouldn't you?

Wonder if Dusek was just trying to rule out questions jurors had about the possibility of it being his dog hairs instead of Layla's?

Very likely there was a shouting match in that house.... kids got up... Cars roar out the driveway driven by drunks... little Danielle trying to stop her daddy from leaving.....We'll never know the truth.
