Defragging?

In my case it's more like Clean Sweep.

"BlueLancer - are you sure you are not my cat?"

You don't know for sure, do you?
But I will tell you ... I got the numbers off your MasterCard and, every time you leave the house, I order cat toys from Pets-R-Us. If you check my little cat basket, I've got over $3000 dollars worth of cat toys in there.

(Ripping off Steve Martin shamelessly)

As another work at home mom, you get my agreement here. Only my schedule is about 4-5 hrs at nite (usually after 2 am) then a power nap when I can catch one - even if I close my eyes for 10 min I am renewed. I can remember when my twinnies stopped taking naps (but I still needed one), I'd pop in a short video and make the girls sit on my feet. (I told them it was their job to keep my feet warm while I took a rest. Sounds like a visit from Social Services waiting to happen, but they always sat there as good as gold.

The bottom line: we should stop feeling guilty about taking that "power nap" at work...

I don't. But I sure would if I ever got caught.
