Sorry but I think California is a lost cause...

I hate to tell you, but where Cal goes, so goes the nation.

I for one, will go down swinging. Couldn't think of a better place for a fight.

LOL, you Grape Nuts fans out there crack me up! No, I don't think all of you are Hollyweirds, as there's a large percentage of your population that is made up of illegal aliens! Our state did not make a mockery, the Democratic party did, by the way. Who did your state overwhelmingly vote for? Hmmm, sounds like a western Gorebasm to me...
Sadly, I like the state. But the indifference of the people who work every day has allowed the flakes, fruits and socialists to take over. And now the Communists are making a bid for control. The only difference between Davis and Lenin is that Davis can't have the opposition parties executed....yet. I'll take our humidity and tolerate our hurricanes any day over a state which has allowed the rights of their citizens to be stripped away, one amendment at a time. We'll just sit here in our swamps, chuckle at the fruity court rulings eminating from your state, and enjoy the fact that despite West Palm Beach and Orlando, most of our state has some degree of sanity left. And no communists running the state capital.

Pray for a big earthquake in California? Get your head out of your a$$. Your beating your gums from a state that made a total historical mockery of our presidential elections, an embarrasment that lasted weeks on national news, and place where terrorist seem to hang out in. That nasty humidity in Florida has shorted out your brain. There are 30 some million people in California, mr. nuke. You think we are all Hollywood socialist screw worms?

Remember hurricane Andrew, Chucko? We sent $100 that we really didn't have, for aid to those that were hurting in Florida. People like you that would sell off or give away or wish for harm to other American's need to be put in your place.

Run along junior before I get nasty.

it's just more justification for giving Cookafornia back to Mexico or praying for the big earthquake. Nevada would be so much more fun with a beachfront closer to Vegas and Reno anyways.

Sadly, I like the state.

Let me get this straight, first you pray that for a big earth quake in California, then you say you like the state. No wonder you people in Florida had such trouble in the last election.

there's a large percentage of your population that is made up of illegal aliens!

Ever hear of Proposition 187? Do you even have a clue?

We'll just sit here in our swamps, chuckle at the fruity court rulings eminating from your state, and enjoy the fact that despite West Palm Beach and Orlando, most of our state has some degree of sanity left.

In your swamp? LOL! I can picture that. Thanks for the laugh lumberhead.

I wouldn't put it past the gov, but I can't imagine the Enviro-Nazis cutting anybody slack. These people are obsessed. IMHO, most of them should be locked up so they don't hurt themselves or others.

Don't worry, it's a low water volume model.

ROFLMAO!!

Now Frisco can furnish one of your potty models to each homeless person.

This might make it possible to enforce the just-passed no-defecation, no-urination law. (When ya gotta go, ya gotta go).

You may take it anyway you want. Getting hit, while jay-walking, pushing my walker, with all those HEAVY bingo chips hangin' from it is NOT my idea of a good time.

Has anyone thought that maybe this has been very carefully orchestrated by Greyout Davis to provide him with an opportunity to veto this piece of shit in order to regain momentum in the election?

He's not that smart.

I will have to give you two points: First, that is for sure a very nice looking car you have posted. Second, your math is obviously better than mine.

Are we destined to get into a horsepower comparison? All the Best!

"Here are some other things I don't think need to be:
Income redistribution schemes
Democrats (not the people specifically, but what they stand for)
Cells phone that allow you to talk on them while you're supposedly driving
Bureaucrats (any make or model)
Foreign aid
Abortions
Gun control

Any questions?"

No questions, just comments;

-Good one on income redistribution schemes.
-I would agree on the Democrats one, however, there is no fine line between Democrat and Republican anymore (Too many "Rinos" voting for liberal ideals).
-Cell phones, talking while driving......Hmmm, To be consistant, unless you are against fast food drive throughs, along with no stereos in vehicles, also....GPS systems that can be used while driving, etc(All can cause distractions).
-Bureacrats....depends on the definition.
-Foreign Aid. If a Country was attacked, and that Country had values that the US supported.....would aid be given or not?
-Abortions....they are murder, and I will leave it at that.
-Gun Control...A good one to oppose.

All said, yes you do have the right to have a list of things that "should not be" if you wish. That is fine by my book. My own list wouldn't be popular and accepted by all either. I do respect an other's choice to own an SUV. Someone owning an SUV doesn't effect anyone else's rights by any means.

"Look, drive whatever you please. But SUVs aren't famous for being fuel efficient and when we're dependent on terrorist producing nations for oil, a shift in tastes toward smaller more fuel efficient cars would help a lot."

Let the market dictate what Americans want to drive. Depending on foreign oil is a bad thing, however, that could be curtailed by more efforts and legislation on drilling HERE(America). A shift in tastes to drive smaller cars is fine, but the government mandating it through laws is very oppressive.

On a side note, drilling more in Alaska is going to help. I just wish that drilling more in the Gulf off of Florida would have been Ok'd also.

Don't forget about all your free precription drugs. If I screw up my tires running all over those pills, you'll be staring down the barrell of a lawsuit.

Get nasty? Hey, it wasn't an appeals court in our state that declared the word (deemed unconstitutional by the 9th Circuit) unfit for our nation's Pledge.
It wasn't our state that gave the nation Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein.
It wasn't our state that banned "assault rifles".
It isn't our state proposing to tax the SUV out of existence.
Florida rarely gets smog alerts as part of the weather forecast.
The list could be endless, but I'll call a truce now. I like California. It's the nutcakes that ruined Reagan country that disturb me. It's becoming a large lumbering communist experiment. And that's the shame of it all. This SUV law is just the latest. Someone, somehow out there, has to draw a line in the sand. Sadly, like our politicians in Washington and down here in Tallahassee, the real men do not run for office any more. They just buy the fools that do.

And I almost forgot this one from another posting....

California State Constitutional Amendment 12, a measure that would levy a five cent tax on every bullet sold in the state, passed out of the Senate Health and Human Services Committee on Wednesday.

I too miss the great state that Reagan leaped from on the way to the Oval office.

That being said, to be consistent in the ruling Amendments there.....is there a tax on each gallon on swimming pool water also? (Drownings kill more than bullets every year).
