I don't know yet. Like you, I have a family obligation. I might try to do both. I'll know closer to the time.

Is it possible to walk to the park from a nearby Metro station?
To: Ritwngr
Hey, did any DC area Freepers get out on Saturday to Freep the ANSWER folks down at FBI headquarters? I didn't know about it until after the fact.
As usual the Post gave them very good coverage.

One of these days I plan to mount an official George Allen for President in 2008 campaign on FR and document what he does so people can come to know him.Great idea. George Allen is a true, "honest-to-goodness", down-home patriot. The chewing tobacco, cowboy boots, blue grass music, and pickup truck are added bonuses!

That sounds like it might just be worth a trip up I-95, and my brother's annual party doesn't start until 4 or soMy shindig starts at six, dude, but the way 95 is gonna be, I dunno if I'd even try it even for ol' George...

"the way 95 is gonna be, I dunno if I'd even try it even for ol' George..." You think it'll be bad between 10:30 and noon? I could always scoot over onto Route 1...I'm still up in the air if it's worth it, but I'm definitely considering it seriously.

Thanks for the ping, but no way I can make it.
My dad's family has a cookout every year... so I will be drinking beer, eating steak, and hanging out in the pool.
Not at the same time, of course.
Also, I have to work on Friday. :(
