Thanks for the link, their server is getting hit hard - I've only been able to get about 1/3 of it to play before it stops on it's own and goes back to the beginning of the interview. Katie was obviously nervous, so was Ann (at least initially). You could sense the tension! Bottom line, Ann quoted facts, Katie was defensive. Nice job, Ann!

Does anyone have tape of Katie on election night 2000? When the election was called for George W. Bush she looked physically ill and like she was holding back the tears (much like Americans felt on the morning of 9/11).

As well as, once the election was finally decided, she wore black on that show for it seemed like an eternity.

BTW, that show happens to be on in the local YMCA exericise room every morning;I couldn't handle watching it by choice.

I agree 100%. Ann refuted every point brought up by Katie in a calm, rational manner. The viewer was left with the idea that many of the points of contention could only be determined by going to the source - past transcripts, etc. Finally, Ann scored big when she pointed out that it was a mischaracterization to say she was fired, and then went on to show that that type of mischaracterization is typical of liberals.

Bottom line: the fact Ann was on and did as well as she did is good for conservatives.
