That necklace doesn't look like one that would rotate around the neck too easily - was it found in the necklace at the back of the neck - wher a tangled wad would be hidden - or from the front of the neck area where it would be visible?

My understanding (from OJ trial, too) is fiber testimony can NEVER say "the same". They can show all the points of similarity, though, and there are many points they compare to come pretty close.

I agree...feldman is EXCELLENT at that! He did that yesterday too.

we expected him to be a bulldog per his reputation..but can a bulldog hide the truth or will he rip his clients chances to shreds by doing it? The prosection which is suppose to be the 'A' team...will hopefully have prepared themselves for this. Why the pros didn't expand on other fibers may not have anything to do with trying to hide anything...and if that's the case, they'll show that to the jury..hopefully.

dusek recovered well..explained that he didn't mention the red fibers cuz they are so common..and that orange fibers aren't.
